This
"thriller" of a feud is a result over the Beatles
music catalogue. Jackson and McCartney were friends at one point
in time and McCartney even gave Michael some financial advise.
He advised Michael to diversify his money and pointed out that
one solid asset was the copyright to music. Paul didn't realize
that his advise would come back to bite him. The Beatles catalogue
went up for auction and guess who the two bidders were? Yes,
you got it...Jackson and McCartney. Michael came out on top
when his bid of $47 Million was the high bid. Appearantly Paul
felt like he was betrayed by Michael and the two no longer were
on speaking terms with each other.
Recently
due to Jackson's financial problems it has been rumored that
the Beatles catalogue would be up for auction if Jackson defaulted
on his loans. Could this be Paul's big chance to reclaim what
Jackson took from under his nose?
