Battle of the Mariahs? Though
both might have their share of the name and fame, it seems two
Mariahs don't make a right or should we say copyright. Though
one is a multi million selling artist and the other an artist
of a different kind, it seems Mariah would still like to clarify
this obvious fact for the world public. The feud between these
two allegedly began over porn actress Mary Carey's attempts to
trademark her similar sounding name for audio and video recordings.
It is claimed Miss Carey, Mariah that is, thought this might confuse
her fans and decided to launch legal action against the adult
film actress and one time Carlifornia gubernatorial candidate.
