In 2003, Sharon’s son
Jack went to a hospital for being addicted to Oxycontin at the
age of 15. He later went to rehab and is now drug free. Years
later Sharon gave an interview to the UK’s Daily Mirror.
That’s when she accused Courtney of being the one to introduce
her son to the drug. She said, “I will never have time for
Courtney Love. She was the first person to give my son Jack the
prescription drug OxyContin. There’s not a shadow of doubt
in my mind about that.” Sharon continued on saying she was
“appalled that an adult mother would give that to a 15 year
old boy. How could she do that to someone else’s child?”
