Lohan's brother was backstage at a concert in NYC when he approached Joel Madden of Good Charlotte asking for an autograph. Duff (who was dating Madden) was there and told Madden that it was Lohan's 8 year old brother. Madden refused to sign an autograph until his Big Sister apologized to Duff. That sent the 8 year old into tears. But he sucked it up and told Madden that he would get Simple Plan's autograph since they were probably nicer. Looks like the 8 year old outclassed them all.
