Joan was Johnny’s regular
guest host on The Tonight Show, and also his friend. She worked
with Johnny for years until she made a deal to star in her own
late night talk show with another network. This was a betrayal
to Johnny since she didn’t tell him her plans and made the
deal behind his back. To top it off, her show was going to be
on the same time as his. Johnny refused to talk to Joan after
that, even hanging up on her when she called him. |
